The pressure filling machine is used for filling under atmospheric pressure. There are two forms: one is that the pressure in the liquid storage tank is equal to the pressure in the bottle, and the liquid is filled by the weight of the liquid flowing into the bottle, which is called equal pressure. Filling; the other is that the pressure in the liquid storage tank is higher than the pressure in the bottle, and the liquid flows into the bottle by the pressure difference. This method is mostly used in high-speed production lines.

The pressure filling machine is mainly suitable for the filling of viscous materials, which can increase the filling speed. Such as tomato sauce, minced meat, condensed milk, sugar water, fruit juice, etc. in food; cold cream, toothpaste, balm, hair cream, shoe polish, ointment in medicine, and industrial grease, paint, oil, glue Wait. In addition, some liquids, such as medical glucose solution, saline, plasma bag, etc., are packaged in soft non-toxic sterile plastic bags or composite material bags. Pressure filling, therefore, pressure filling applications are very wide.

Due to the different pressures and measurement methods used, pressure filling is available in a variety of forms. One of the more widely used is volumetric pressure filling. Volumetric pressure filling, also known as mechanical pressure filling, is filled by various quantitative pumps (such as piston pumps, scraper pumps, gear pumps, etc.), and the filling is measured. Among them, the volumetric filling method using a piston pump is more widely used, and its working principle is shown in the figure:

The rotary valve 3 has two holes with an angle of 90 °, one of which is a feed port and the other is a discharge port. The rotary valve 3 reciprocates. When the feed port is connected to the feed port of the hopper 1, the discharge port is cut off from the discharge tube 6, the piston 2 moves to the left, and the material is sucked into the metering chamber 5, when the rotary valve 3 rotates, the discharge port and the discharge When the tube 6 communicates, the feed port is separated from the hopper 1, the piston 2 moves to the right, and the material flows into the packaging container 7 through the discharge tube 6 under the push of the piston 3. The filling volume is the volume of the metering volume, and the filling volume can be adjusted by adjusting the size of the piston stroke.

The two main actions of the piston pump usually need to be achieved by mechanical transmission. In order to control the movement speed and ensure the coordination of the entire filling action, the mechanism is relatively complicated. In addition, the electrical control system needs to be designed to realize the automation of filling, so the manufacturing cost is higher. If pneumatic technology is used, the two actions required by the piston volume filling can be easily achieved.

At present, the equipment for filling aerosol products is basically completed by this pneumatic technology, and the filling pressure and filling volume can be adjusted steplessly by controlling the cylinder pressure and stroke.
