Aerosol filling equipment is a filling equipment specially designed for aerosol products, mainly including filling, sealing, and inflation. Below we take a small aerosol filling machine as an example to briefly introduce its basic structure and working principle.


First of all, because aerosol products need to be filled with propellant gas, and most of them are flammable and explosive liquid petroleum gas, in order to achieve the purpose of safe production, this machine adopts a full pneumatic transmission mechanical structure mode to completely eliminate the use of Unsafe factors that produce sparks during electricity, so as to meet the requirements of fire and explosion.


Our small aerosol filling machine is mainly composed of liquid filling machine, sealing machine, inflator, booster pump, table top, frame and pneumatic components in structure. The filling machine is composed of a liquid measuring cylinder and a filling head, and the inflator is composed of a gas measuring cylinder and a filling head. The liquid metering cylinder and gas metering cylinder are fixed at the back of the table. The filling head, sealing machine and inflating head are installed on the table of the lifting column, which can be adjusted up and down according to the height of the tank. The booster pump adopts the new high-efficiency mode of double-in and double-out, and increases the diameter of the inlet and outlet pipes.

Next, the three core parts of the aerosol filling machine are described in detail as follows:


Liquid filling: Turn on the liquid filling knob switch, step on the foot valve lightly, the liquid metering cylinder double pneumatically controlled reversing valve, the filling head valve is opened under the action of the small cylinder, and the upper cavity of the power cylinder of the liquid metering cylinder enters Air, the lower cavity is exhausted, the power cylinder piston pushes the liquid cylinder piston down, and the liquid in the liquid cylinder is poured into the aerosol tank through the filling head. The power cylinder piston presses down to trigger the signal valve, and the signal valve output air pressure acts on the liquid The metering cylinder double-air-controlled reversing valve makes it reverse, and then reverses the inlet and outlet directions of the small cylinder of the filling head and the power cylinder, closing the filling head valve, and resetting the metering cylinder, and sucking the same amount of liquid from the container , Waiting for the next filling. The height of the positioning piston of the metering cylinder cylinder can be adjusted by rotating the adjustment knob on the top of the metering cylinder, thereby changing the stroke of the metering cylinder piston to change the filling measurement size.

Sealing: Turn on the sealing knob switch, step on the foot valve lightly, the sealing machine double-air-controlled reversing valve, the sealing machine lifts the upper cavity of the cylinder to enter the air, and the lower cavity of the air, so that the lifting cylinder piston moves downwards, and the sealing head pressure Tighten the tank valve, and at the same time, the bottom of the sealing cylinder moves downward to activate the sealing signal valve, and the output air pressure of the signal valve acts on the single air control reversing valve, so that the upper cavity of the sealed cylinder is air-intake, the lower cavity is exhausted, and the piston moves downward to make the sealing claw support Unsealing the can mouth, at the same time, the stopper on the top of the sealing machine touches the reset signal valve, the output air pressure of the signal valve acts on the double air control reversing valve to change direction, the lifting cylinder piston rises to reset, and at the same time, the single air control reversing valve changes When the piston of the sealing cylinder moves upward, the sealing claw is retracted and reset.

Inflation: under the control of compressed air and pneumatic components, the booster pump will automatically suck the propellant from the steel cylinder or the gas storage container, pressurize it into a high-pressure liquid and input it into the gas metering cylinder for filling. The pressure of the liquid propellant can be controlled by adjusting the pressure of the air source on the booster pump. Turn on the inflation knob switch, step on the foot valve lightly, the gas metering cylinder double-air-controlled reversing valve reverses, the inflation head presses the aerosol tank under the action of the small cylinder, and the nozzle will automatically open. At the same time, the upper cavity of the power cylinder of the gas metering cylinder is aired in, and the lower cavity is exhausted. The piston of the power cylinder pushes the propellant piston downward, and the liquid propellant in the propellant cylinder of the metering cylinder is injected into the sealed aerosol can through the inflator. . At this time, the piston of the power cylinder presses down to trigger the signal valve, and the output air pressure of the signal valve acts on the gas metering cylinder double-air control reversing valve to reverse the direction and reverse the air inlet and outlet directions of the small air cylinder and the power cylinder, thereby inflating The head and the metering cylinder are reset, and the same amount of gas is sucked from the cylinder, waiting for the next filling. The height of the positioning piston of the metering cylinder cylinder can be adjusted by rotating the adjustment knob on the top of the metering cylinder, thereby changing the stroke of the metering cylinder piston to change the filling measurement size.
