Modular design is adopted, and each equipment of the production line can be independently controlled and fully automated. All electronic components are well-known brands at home and abroad. The contact material is high-quality stainless steel 304. The core components such as filling pump and material cylinder are stainless steel 316. The ceramic pump is made of imported ceramic material and controlled by the servo system separately. It is driven by an asynchronous motor with a frequency converter. Beverage bottle input and output are independent. The drive of the conveyor belt at the input end is separated from the main drive of the equipment, and the conveyor belt at the output end is driven by an electric motor with a frequency converter. This transmission mechanism ensures the continuity of drinks during start-up and operation.
How to maintain the sprays filling machine:
First, the spray filling machine must first turn the machine with a rocking handle to see if its rotation is abnormal. It is certain that it can drive normally. When adjusting the machine, the tools shall be used properly. It is strictly prohibited to use excessive tools or use excessive force to remove parts, so as not to damage the parts or affect the performance of the machine.
Second, every time the machine is adjusted, be sure to tighten the loosened screws, turn the machine with the rocker to see whether its action meets the requirements, and then start the machine. The machine must be kept clean. It is strictly prohibited to have oil, liquid medicine or glass debris on the machine to avoid damage to the machine. Therefore, the liquid medicine or glass debris must be removed in time during the production process of the machine.
Third, all parts of the machine surface shall be cleaned before shift handover, and clean lubricating oil shall be added to each activity department. Scrub once a week, especially wipe the places that are not easy to clean in normal use or blow them with compressed air.
Fourth, after unpacking the machine, first check whether the attached technical data are complete and whether the machine is damaged during transportation, so as to solve it in time. Install and adjust the feed assembly and discharge assembly according to the outline drawing in this manual. Add new lubricating oil to each lubricating point. Rotate the machine with the handle to check whether the machine is running in the correct direction. The machine must be protected and grounded.
The aerosol filling machine can fill the valve with bags and fill the propellant or compressed air at the same time, and then injecting the liquid raw materials into the bag by high pressure.
