Aerosol filling machine is a special filling equipment, which is classified into liquid filling equipment and gas filling equipment. Because of the pressure in aerosol products, filling is divided into liquid filling and inflation. The liquid filling equipment fills the quantitative liquid into the aerosol tank under normal temperature and pressure. The gas filling equipment fills the quantitative gas (or liquefied gas) with a certain pressure into the aerosol tank. Because the aerosol product must have a certain pressure, the opening of the aerosol tank must be closed before inflation. The air filling equipment fills the air through the valve opening on the top of the aerosol tank.

Because many aerosol products are often filled with flammable and explosive substances during production, the equipment generally adopts the mechanical structure mode of full air pressure transmission to prevent the unsafe factors of electric spark when using electricity, so as to meet the requirements of fire and explosion prevention.


The simple aerosol filling machine is mainly composed of filling machine, sealing machine, inflator, booster pump, table, frame and pneumatic components. The filling machine is composed of liquid metering cylinder and filling head, and the inflator is composed of gas metering cylinder and charging head. The liquid metering cylinder and gas metering cylinder are fixed at the back of the table. The liquid filling head, sealing machine and inflation head are installed on the platen of the lifting column to facilitate up and down adjustment according to the height of the tank. The booster pump adopts the latest double in and double out high-efficiency mode, and increases the diameter of the inlet and outlet pipeline.

Liquid filling: turn on the liquid filling knob switch, the double air control directional valve of the liquid metering cylinder reverses, the valve of the liquid filling head is opened under the action of the small cylinder, at the same time, the upper chamber of the power cylinder of the liquid metering cylinder intake air and the lower chamber exhaust, the power cylinder piston pushes the hydraulic cylinder piston down, fills the liquid in the hydraulic cylinder into the aerosol tank through the liquid filling head, and the power cylinder piston down triggers the signal valve, The output air pressure of the signal valve acts on the double air control reversing valve of the liquid metering cylinder to reverse its direction, so as to reverse the inlet and outlet directions of the small cylinder of the filling head and the power cylinder, close the valve of the filling head, reset the metering cylinder, inhale the same amount of liquid from the container and wait for the next filling. The height of the positioning piston of the metering cylinder can be adjusted by rotating the adjusting knob on the top of the metering cylinder, so as to change the stroke of the piston of the metering cylinder and finally change the metering size of the filling.


Sealing: turn on the sealing knob switch, the double pneumatic control reversing valve of the sealing machine reverses, the upper chamber of the lifting cylinder of the sealing machine intake air and the lower chamber exhaust air, so that the piston of the lifting cylinder moves downward, and the sealing head compresses the tank valve. At the same time, the bottom of the sealing cylinder moves downward to touch the sealing signal valve, and the output air pressure of the signal valve acts on the single pneumatic control reversing valve, so that the upper chamber of the sealing cylinder intake air and the lower chamber exhaust air, The piston moves downward to make the sealing claw support the opening of the sealed tank. At the same time, the stop at the top of the sealing touches the reset signal valve, and the output air pressure of the signal valve acts on the double pneumatic control directional valve to reverse, and the lifting cylinder piston rises and resets. At the same time, the single pneumatic control directional valve reverses to make the sealing cylinder piston rise, and the sealing claw shrinks and resets.


Inflation: under the control of compressed air and pneumatic components, the booster pump will automatically inhale the propellant from the steel cylinder or gas storage container, pressurize it into high-pressure liquid and input it into the gas metering cylinder for filling. The pressure of liquid propellant can be controlled by adjusting the air supply pressure on the booster pump. Turn on the inflation knob switch, the double air control directional valve of the gas metering cylinder reverses, the inflation head presses the aerosol tank under the action of the small cylinder, and the nozzle will open automatically. At the same time, the upper chamber of the gas metering cylinder and the lower chamber of the power cylinder intake and exhaust, and the power cylinder piston pushes the propellant piston down to inject the liquid propellant in the propellant cylinder of the metering cylinder into the sealed aerosol tank through the inflation head. At this time, the piston of the power cylinder presses down to trigger the signal valve, and the output air pressure of the signal valve acts on the double air control reversing valve of the gas metering cylinder to reverse its direction, and reverse the inlet and outlet directions of the small cylinder of the charging head and the power cylinder, so as to reset the charging head and the metering cylinder, inhale an equal amount of gas from the cylinder and wait for the next filling. The height of the positioning piston of the metering cylinder can be adjusted by rotating the adjusting knob on the top of the metering cylinder, so as to change the stroke of the piston of the metering cylinder and finally change the metering size of the filling.
